back to school

2weeks away from kindy did not do well for theson as he refuses to go to school.
Theson will start crying once we start putting on his uniform and continuously cry/whine (go home, go auntie house) all the way to school and even once we leave him in the class room and exit the room, we can still hear him cry. he actually clung to thewife's leg at one time.
And he refuses to use the toilet in the school. And he refuses to drink his water. Sigh.

At least today he was slightly better. He was only a bit whiny at home and was much better at school as we told him if he did did not cry, drank his water and went to toilet, we’ld take him to tesco and get icecream at McD.
Yaya.. Bribery works ok….!! hopefully...


Music class was different though, he was more than willing to go last saturday and he’s improved a lot since the last time he was there
The good:
He loves to sing. And can do some of the songs and actions by himself.

The not so good:
He cant focus and keeps playing with the window and his music books. Looks out the window and says “want to go shopping” out LOUD…(I notice all the girls in the class are better focused than the boys.)
He’s always looking at other people and wont follow the teachers actions during songtime.
The class's timing sucks a it clashes with his nap time and sometimens he gets very moody.
(what do you expect? hes a 3yr old..!! I need more patience.)


anyway, last saturday, since everyone was doing so well, the teacher gave them all an icecream treat which the son thoroughly enjoyed. he ate 2/3 of the icecream and hardly wanted to share with me.
