the've got the power..

Have not received the power utility bill for ~3months already after moving in the new house.

I called the power company and they said they don’t know and cant do anything abt it

BUT

They estimate my bill to be $300 and asked to pay it 1^st.

I ask them what abt next moth bill. Can they do anything abt it. ?
