crap

Its the most crappiest time of the year for me.
I have to do the yearly evaluation for my 14employees and gauge them vs themselves and even vs guys from the other teams in our own dept.
Hate it because i think its a bad process and at times unfair but its the company's policy.
Very stressful.
I need to complete my own evaluation as well.
