I’m trying to lead a healthier life. Skipping eggs and fried stuff.. well, I try..

Skipping sweets ice cream, etc..

Now chewing gum in times of stress vs pigging out on chocs and munchies...

Went for a brisk walk last Saturday morning for 45mins at 6am..!!!
